Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and file driver paperwork, trip reports, logs, receipts, and maintenance documents.
• Enter and update data in terminal and transportation systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and trailer movements; maintain files for compliance.
• Support dispatch by tracking loads, trailer availability, and daily activity; assist with onboarding.
