Job summary

Heniff Transportation Systems is seeking a Terminal Clerk to support the Terminal Manager with daily tasks and special projects in a standard office setting. The role emphasizes timely attendance, professional behavior, and accurate order processing for billing and times in the TMW system.

You will assist with accounts payable, driver permit management, and office supplies while aiding drivers with system-related questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Work experience in an office environment of at least one year.
• Experience setting up and maintaining filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time each day.
• Maintain professional conduct around others.
• Prepare orders for billing and perform scanning/indexing.
• Update and close out orders with accurate times in the system.
• Send accounts payable invoices to Accounting.
• Manage driver permits and license expirations.
• Order office supplies and perform other duties as needed.
• Assist drivers with training system questions.
