Benihana Plano is hiring a line cook/chef to engage guests with hibachi-style cooking, ensure correct portions, and maintain clean, sanitized areas.

You will train in Benihana's chef program, perform opening/closing duties, and deliver a memorable dining experience while upholding safety standards. Prior kitchen experience is desirable; high school diploma or GED required; eligible for EVerify.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Previous chef/cook experience desirable.
• Able to pass Benihana chef training program.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and performs a hibachi cooking show.
• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items for cooking.
• Maintains clean and sanitized kitchen and hibachi tables.
• Adheres to FIFO and food safety guidelines.
