The ideal candidate has prior chef or cook experience, completes Benihana training, and enjoys engaging guests while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of Benihana chef training.
• Previous chef/cook experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests within 15 minutes of teppan order.
• Performs a cooking show for assigned tables and interacts with guests.
• Provides information about Benihana foods on demand.
• Maintains kitchen and teppan areas clean; follows FIFO.
