Benihana Sugar Land is seeking energetic team members to deliver a memorable hibachi dining experience. This is a tipped position with hourly wages plus tips, offering potential weekly earnings up to $1,000 during peak periods based on schedule, volume, and performance.

We provide a 5-week paid training and comprehensive benefits. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and successfully complete the Benihana chef training program; prior chef or cook experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to successfully pass Benihana chef training program.
• Previous experience as chef or cook highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and provides an entertaining hibachi experience.
• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and other foods for cooking.
• Performs shift opening and closing duties; maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization.
