Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Building Construction/Construction Management/Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of two years of related professional experience.
• Option 2 requires a Master’s in Business and a related Bachelor’s with 6 years of experience plus a professional license or certification.
• Option 3 requires a PhD and prior college teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach construction classes with project‑based outlines.
• Maintain ACCE accreditation student learning outcome assessments.
• Engage with community partners and participate in service‑learning projects.
• Travel between Sanford/Lake Mary, Heathrow or Oviedo campuses as needed.
