Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• 2–5+ years of professional experience in construction management or related roles.
• Certifications such as CCM or PMP are preferred.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is desirable.
• Ability to design and deliver instruction in classroom, online, and hands-on settings.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly feedback meetings with EU administrator to review student and classroom issues.
• Maintain accurate attendance (daily and weekly) and notify registrar of roster changes.
• Review and administer pre- and post-testing in all courses; administer surveys and assessments.
• Maintain grading schemes and ensure adherence to university policies.
• Prepare and update course syllabi; ensure classrooms are orderly and conducive to learning.
• Be available to students before class and for questions/advising; submit grades on time after each term.
