Job summary

USTA National Campus seeks a Tennis Teaching Professional to deliver high-quality tennis instruction at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. You will lead junior and adult programs, conduct private lessons, and support events including the US Open with excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes ROgy formats, player development principles, and collaboration with staff to ensure a premier experience for players of all ages in a dynamic, championship environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced tennis playing ability and strong technical knowledge.
• Experience teaching juniors and adults across skill levels.
• Experience coaching high-performance junior players.
• Understand USTA Player Development principles and apply them.
• RSPA and/or PTR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and levels.
• Lead junior and adult programs and conduct private lessons.
• Support NTC events and tournaments and assist with operations during US Open.
• Develop drills, lesson plans, and training sessions tailored to players.
• Represent the NTC/USTA as a positive ambassador and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate scheduling and program communication with staff.
