USTA National Headquarters seeks a full-time Tennis Teaching Professional to deliver high-level instruction at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. You will run junior and adult programs, conduct private lessons, and help with events and operations during the US Open.

You will apply NTC methodologies, RO.G.Y. formats, and USTA Player Development principles, while maintaining outstanding customer service and player development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must deliver high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and levels.
• Experience coaching juniors and adults across skill ranges.
• Current certification through RSPA and/or PTR.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events.
• Full-time at least 35 hours per week.
• Knowledge of NTC RO Gym? No, RO GY formats and USTA PDP principles.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging tennis instruction to players of all ages and levels.
• Lead junior and adult group programs; provide private lessons.
• Support NTC events and tournaments; assist with operations during US Open.
• Develop drills and lesson plans; apply NTC teaching methodologies.
• Promote and uphold RO.G.Y. formats and player development principles.
