Job summary

USTA in New York City seeks a full-time Tennis Teaching Professional to deliver high-quality instruction at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. You will lead junior and adult programs, conduct private lessons, and support NTC events, including the US Open.

You will implement R.O.G.Y., Net Generation, and USTA Player Development methods, maintain strong customer service, and work evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Current certification through RSPA and/or PTR.
• Experience coaching juniors and adults across skill levels.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality tennis instruction to players of all ages and levels.
• Lead junior and adult programs across NTC pathways.
• Provide private lessons, clinics, and team training.
• Support NTC events and tournaments, including the US Open.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and program coordination.
