Life Time Inc. is seeking a Tennis Receptionist to support the Tennis Department, educating members on programs and scheduling court time and lessons. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service to drive repeat visits and helps with Life Shop promotions where applicable.

You will greet members, explain programs and equipment, build personalized relationships, and assist with billing and shop upkeep while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate activities.
• Cash handling and basic POS understanding.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and schedule lessons and court time in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain Tennis programs, services and equipment to members and help determine needs.
• Build personalized relationships with members to encourage engagement.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products and services to members.
• Accurate daily billing and cash register reconciliation at end of shift.
• Maintain Life Shop in neat, stocked condition.
