Life Time Inc. is seeking a Tennis Receptionist to support the Tennis Department by scheduling court time, guiding members through programs, and driving exceptional service.

You will assist with Life Shop promotions and maintain a welcoming, well-organized facility while building lasting member relationships. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, CPR/AED within 30 days of hire, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Greets, schedules lessons and court time with members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explains Tennis programs, services and equipment to members and helps assess needs.
• Initiates and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Ensures tennis facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures daily billing is accurate and reconciles cash at end of shift.
