Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Tennis Operations Staff member to support the Department Head in daily tennis operations. You will greet members, schedule lessons, manage court times and maintain a welcoming Pro Shop environment.

The role requires one year of customer service, knowledge of tennis rules, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. You will assist with inventory, sales, and cash reconciliation while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of tennis rules and scoring.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule lessons and court time and assist members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain all tennis programs, services and equipment to members and aid in determining needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Keep the Pro Shop neat, orderly and well-stocked.
• Promote and sell tennis programs, services and equipment.
• Assist the Department Head with inventory and ordering products.
• Reconcile the cash register at end of shift.
• Clean and maintain the Pro Shop.
