Job summary

Mouratoglou Tennis Center in Jupiter, Florida is seeking a dedicated Tennis Coach to join our team. You will train on and off the court, uphold our methodology, and help players improve their skills through personalized sessions and group coaching.

You will develop players, foster long-term relationships, assist with events, and actively promote the Mouratoglou brand and values within the centre and community.

Qualifications

• Tennis coaching certificate is required.
• Proven experience coaching tennis at various levels.
• Current level of competition in tennis with good results (ranking, ITF/ATP) preferred.
• Passion and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and possess sales awareness.

Responsibilities

• Train on and off the court following Mouratoglou methodology.
• Maintain training standards per Mouratoglou philosophy.
• Develop clients' tennis skills and adapt to players' needs.
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with constructive feedback.
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with players.
• Organise and support events and facilities.
• Promote Mouratoglou values as a member of the organisation.

As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a Tennis Coach to join our Mouratoglou Tennis Center in Jupiter, Florida, where tennis becomes part of your weekly rhythm.

RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.

• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.

• Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.

• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.

• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.

• Organise and support events and facilities.

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.

• Tennis coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels

• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
