A premier tennis training facility in Boca Raton seeks a Tennis Coach to lead on-court and off-court training. The ideal candidate will have a tennis coaching certificate, experience coaching at various levels, and a competitive playing background. Strong interpersonal and sales skills are essential to build lasting relationships with clients. This role supports individual and group sessions and promotes the center's values through excellence in coaching.

Formación

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels.
• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results.
• Passion and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Train both on and off the court, respecting the Mouratoglou methodology.
• Provide individual coaching sessions with regular feedback.

As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Tennis Coach (F/M) to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Boca Raton, Florida, an ideal destination for outdoor tennis training, junior development, and adult tennis programs.

Responsabilities & Missions

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
• Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
• Organise and support events and facilities.
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organization and promote its values.

Profile

• Tennis coaching certificate
• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Passion and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
