Job summary

Mouratoglou in Orlando seeks a dedicated tennis coach to train players on and off the court, following the Mouratoglou methodology. You will provide private and group coaching, with ongoing feedback to adapt to each client.

The role requires building lasting client relationships, organizing events, and actively promoting Mouratoglou values within the organization. Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a tennis coaching certificate.
• Proven experience coaching tennis at various levels.
• Current competition level ideally with good results (national ranking, ITF, ATP).
• Passion and willingness to learn.
• Ability to build strong relationships with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening).
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Job description

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy

• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology

• Develop the client's tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly

• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback

• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player

• Organise and support events and facilities

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

• Tennis coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels

• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid U.S. work visa, or be authorized to work in the U.S. through OPT (Optional Practical Training).
