Mouratoglou Tennis Center Noblesville is seeking a Tennis Coach to join our Midwest hub and deliver world-class coaching on and off the court. You will follow our trusted Mouratoglou methodology to develop players across levels and ages, while upholding the club values and contributing to event organization.

Ideal candidates have coaching certification, proven coaching experience, and a passion to learn and grow within a globally respected brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.
• Strong sales mindset and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to coach tennis across levels.
• Current competition level or good sporting results preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Mouratoglou methodology.

Responsibilities

• Train both on and off the court following Mouratoglou methods.
• Provide private and group coaching with frequent feedback.
• Develop clients’ tennis skills and adapt to players and situations.
• Build lasting relationships with players and families.
• Organise and support events and facilities.
• Be an active Mouratoglou member and promote its values.
• Maintain high professional standards and contribute to team culture.

Job description

As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Tennis Coach to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Noblesville an ideal destination to experience world-class tennis and padel in the heart of the Midwest.

RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.

• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.

• Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.

• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.

• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.

• Organise and support events and facilities.

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.

• Tennis coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels

• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
