Job summary

Join Mouratoglou Tennis Center as a tennis coach in Orlando. You will train on and off the court following Mouratoglou methodology, adapting to clients and situations with insightful analysis and action.

You’ll provide private and group coaching, delivering regular feedback and building lasting relationships with players. Responsibilities include organizing events, supporting facilities, and actively promoting the Mouratoglou values within the organization.

Qualifications

• Tennis coaching certificate.
• Proven coaching experience at various levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy
• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology
• Develop the client's tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player
• Organise and support events and facilities
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

Profile

• Tennis coaching certificate
• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Passion and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
  

Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid U.S. work visa, or be authorized to work in the U.S. through OPT (Optional Practical Training).
