Job summary

Mouratoglou is seeking an energetic tennis coach in San Antonio to deliver coaching sessions both privately and in groups, guided by the Mouratoglou methodology. You will adapt to players and situations, provide timely feedback, and help players improve skills while promoting the Mouratoglou philosophy.

Ideal candidates have a tennis coaching certificate, demonstrable coaching experience, and a track record of on-court success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching tennis at various levels.
• Current level of competition with good sporting results preferred.
• Passion and willingness to learn and grow in coaching roles.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and demonstrate sales awareness.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
• Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train both on and off the court, maintaining Mouratoglou methodology.
• Train according to Mouratoglou standards and philosophy.
• Develop clients' tennis skills with adaptability, analysis and action.
• Provide individual coaching sessions with regular feedback.
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with players.
• Organise and support events and facilities.
• Be an active member of Mouratoglou and promote its values.

Job description

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy

• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology

• Develop the client's tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly

• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback

• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player

• Organise and support events and facilities

• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

• Tennis coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels

• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid U.S. work visa, or be authorized to work in the U.S. through OPT (Optional Practical Training).
