Job summary

Mouratoglou Tennis Center is seeking a proactive tennis coach to train on and off the court following the Mouratoglou methodology. You will deliver private and group coaching sessions, adapt to each client, and provide timely feedback to enhance performance.

The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a passion for coaching, and fluency in English. You will participate in events and promote the Mouratoglou values while contributing to a professional training environment.

Qualifications

• Proven coaching experience at various levels.
• Strong ability to develop players and adapt to different clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on- and off-court coaching sessions, private and group.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to players.
• Build lasting relationships with players and families.
• Organise and support events and facility operations.

• Train both on and off the court, always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy
• Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology
• Develop the client’s tennis skills: the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly
• Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player
• Organise and support events and facilities
• Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values

Profile

• Tennis coaching certificate
• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
• Passion and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage

Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a valid U.S. work visa, or be authorized to work in the U.S. through OPT (Optional Practical Training).
