Job summary

Nordex North America seeks a Tender Manager to join the Project Management team. You will lead contract negotiations, assess risk, and support pre-tender activities with cost estimations for bids.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, travel up to 25%, and a degree in Sales engineering, PM, or Business management. You will collaborate with Sales, Planning and Logistics to deliver competitive proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Sales engineering, PM, Business management or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience handling multi-million-dollar contracts with strong commercial knowledge.
• Contract negotiation experience is necessary.
• PM experience or heavy construction exposure (wind energy/turnkey) preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within USA, CAD and Germany.
• Driver’s license and ability to obtain passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with clients, virtually and in person.
• Identify and mitigate project risk through internal reviews.
• Provide cost calculations to support schedules and installation activities.
• Coordinate project schedules with planning, procurement and logistics.
• Deliver thorough handovers to execution teams.
• Support clients and BOP contractors during the sales phase.
• Represent Nordex and build client relationships.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
