Job summary

Nordex North America is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to act as the project’s financial owner, overseeing cash, forecasts, and profitability. You’ll partner with the Project Manager and Cost Owners to manage revenue, costs, and risk while ensuring accurate reporting and timely cash collection.

The role requires 3–5 years in business finance, strong Excel modeling, and the ability to influence project outcomes in a fast‑moving renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of business finance experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; strong reporting capabilities.
• Ability to identify financial risks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as single financial owner for a project and provide forecasts.
• Track revenue, costs, margins and consolidate project reporting.
• Prepare monthly forecast proposals with project manager and cost owners.
• Coordinate with accounting for accurate reporting and cash flow.
• Analyze actuals and POs to estimate cost to complete.
• Communicate risks, opportunities and cost drivers to leadership.
