• Log, dispatch, and track maintenance work orders through completion.
• Maintain records, contact lists, and property files.
• Process mail, manage office supplies, and prepare routine reports.
• Review COI for tenants/vendors; assist with AP and basic accounting tasks.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins/move-outs, and safety drills/events.
