Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Tenant Relocation Program Manager to support the NYCHA Comprehensive Modernization program. You will oversee day‑to‑day relocation activities, maintain critical trackers, ensure compliance with relocation requirements, and align NYCHA, relocation vendors, design‑build teams, field staff and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience with tenant relocation, housing programs, or large public-sector initiatives is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and able to coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and data tracking for tenant relocations and related regulatory documents.
• Coordinate relocation processes and review resident plans and notices with multiple departments.
• Forecast inventory of vacant units and ensure readiness for relocation activities.
• Lead bi-weekly stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across NYCHA, vendors, design-build teams and internal stakeholders.
