Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build initiatives as an Owner’s Representative for a multi-location NYC program, including a Brooklyn-based site. You will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring quality and safety across sites.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record in large-scale high-rise projects, proactive leadership, and proficiency in PM tools. Relocation and sponsorship are not available, with a target fill by November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field plus 10 years of experience in construction projects, including leadership.
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager/leadership role on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design-build project execution ensuring adherence to specifications, budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with design-build team to implement efficient plans and strategies.
• Review payment requisitions and maintain project schedules and budgets.
