Elgion LLC in the Capital Region is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison / Property Manager to oversee apartment complexes. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining positive tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

Responsibilities include advertising vacancies, showing units, responding to repair requests, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance, and managing lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advertise available apartments and conduct weekly showings, placing new tenants.
• Respond promptly to tenant repair requests.
• Collect rent and handle minimal legal filings.
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and property upkeep.
• Manage lease renewals.
• Order repair materials and supplies as needed.
• Assist with light accounts payable tasks and filing.
