Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee daily operations of a large 500+ unit apartment community in Albany, NY. You will lead staff, manage contracts, and drive capital improvement projects while maintaining high levels of resident service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in apartment management (500+ units)
• Experience hiring, training and overseeing staff
• Experience bidding, negotiating and implementing contracts
• Experience developing capital improvement projects and overseeing to completion
• Reviewing and analyzing reports for trends and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a 500+ unit apartment community
• Lead and supervise staff, including hiring and training
• Negotiate and implement contracts for services and projects
• Develop and oversee capital improvement projects through completion
• Monitor reports to identify trends, opportunities and potential problems
• Ensure maintenance, turnovers and facility-related issues are managed effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and handle on-call responsibilities
