Job summary

TRG Management Company is seeking a motivated leasing professional to guide day-to-day property operations. You will interview prospective residents, show apartments, coordinate requests for repairs, and prepare vacancy reports to keep properties performing well.

With at least two years of apartment management and leasing experience, you will analyze budgets, explain occupancy terms, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide prompt and accurate general status reports on properties assigned.
• Prepare annual recertifications.
• Interview prospective residents and show apartments and property.
• Determine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.
• Complete leasing process agreement.
• Prepare vacancy reports and inspect the condition of the premises periodically.
• Coordinate marketing and/or property promotions.
