Home Leasing LLC in Rochester, NY seeks a Community Leader to supervise property operations and ensure prompt, courteous service to residents.

You will lead maintenance and leasing teams, manage budgets, handle regulatory compliance and evictions, and strive to minimize vacancies while strengthening resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to fulfill company mission and best practices.
• Oversee maintenance team and tasks, inspections, contracts and vendors.
• Inform supervisor of deferred maintenance and resident concerns in writing.
• Review invoices, monitor accounts receivable and take action.
• Assist with budgeting and expense monitoring.
• Review move-in, transfer and recertification files per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accommodations and fair housing rules.
• Execute evictions, collections, lease violations and special arrangements as directed.
• Hire, assign, evaluate staff and communicate policies and procedures.
• Minimize vacancies and promote resident relations and retention.
