Elgion LLC is seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison / Property Manager to oversee apartment complexes in the Capital Region. You will focus on maximizing occupancy, maintaining tenant relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, responding to repairs, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance, and handling lease renewals. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of apartment maintenance and turnover processes.
• Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations is a plus.
