Transwestern is hiring a Tenant Experience Coordinator in Chicago to activate the building by connecting tenants, management, and ownership. You will create a robust tenant program and ensure daily on-site impact.

This role requires organization, enthusiasm, and the ability to design graphics/PR materials; you will work closely with the management team to deliver outstanding tenant experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management or Hospitality Focus.
• Experience in hospitality, event coordination, marketing or related field is desirable (0-3 years).
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as central point of contact for programming in public spaces and amenities.
• Coordinate and present event ideas/calendars; create budgets for tenant events and programming.
• Design graphics/PR materials; act as the go-to person for wellness, relaxation, fun, and recreation.
• Collaborate with management to ensure customer service excellence and brand promise.
• Execute events within budget and maintain calendars and gift programs.
• Maintain tenant birthday/anniversary life-event records and gift programs.
• Engage with community organizations to source vendors and opportunities for programming.
• Assist with seasonal programming and décor.
