Job summary

Transwestern is seeking a Tenant Experience Coordinator to activate building spaces by connecting tenants, management, and ownership. This on-site role emphasizes on-property relationships, event planning, and community engagement.

The TEC will design graphics, manage wellness and recreation programming, and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, while collaborating with the management team to enhance the tenant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management and/or Hospitality Focus.
0-3 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, marketing or related field is desirable.
Excellent people, customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Drive, Gmail, iOs technology.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and present event ideas/calendars to office management; create budget for tenant events.
Manage budget and programming for amenities areas and weekly events (50–2,500 people).
Design graphics/PR materials and maintain tenant communications; assist with seasonal programming and decor.
Send weekly update emails and monthly newsletters to tenants; maintain social media accounts.
Maintain directories, publications and AV setup coordination; ensure room setups meet client instructions.
