Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Community Manager in San Francisco to design and deliver engaging programming for tenants and visitors. You will oversee events, budgets, and marketing collateral while acting as a building ambassador and concierge resource.

The role requires strong hospitality instincts, business acumen, and tech savviness to coordinate tours, reservations, and partnerships with local vendors. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years in marketing and event planning, including VIP guest service.
• Concierge or VIP retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular programming including themed events, lunch-and-learns, and brand activations.
• Manage property amenity spaces and conferences.
• Plan and maintain programming budget and marketing collateral.
• Manage property social media and tenant communications.
• Provide concierge services and tenant inquiries with timely guidance.
