Lincoln Property Company seeks a Tenant Engagement Manager in San Francisco to design hospitality-inspired programs and branded events that elevate the tenant experience. You will own the engagement budget, develop marketing materials, and maintain the tenant app and building site to foster active participation.

You will collaborate with facilities, concierge, and leasing teams to align programs with ownership goals, build vendor networks, and analyze feedback to drive improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or tenant/guest engagement.
• Strong project management and budget tracking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools (e.g., Canva).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a hospitality-first mindset.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute hospitality-inspired tenant engagement programming, branded events, and amenity activations for the property.
• Create and manage the property's tenant engagement budget, tracking expenses and reporting on program impact.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with tenants, providing a tailored, service-first experience based on their needs and interests.
• Develop marketing materials and communications to promote events and drive tenant participation.
• Manage and update the tenant engagement app and building website, ensuring accurate and current content.
• Partner with property management, concierge, and leasing teams on tenant move-ins, tours, and VIP visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with local hospitality vendors and service providers to support programming.
• Analyze tenant feedback and engagement data to inform program strategy and service improvements.
• Coordinate meeting and event logistics for tenants and internal teams as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
