Job summary

Tishman Speyer, a premier real estate developer and operator, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead ZO programming across multiple NYC properties. You will manage tenant events, coordinate with PMO teams, and drive engaging experiences for tenants and employees.

The role emphasizes client-focused events, strong communication, and collaboration with the central ZO team. Onsite presence in New York is required and a base salary is offered with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hospitality and/or events/programming experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, creative, highly organized; can multitask.
• Proficiency with Mailchimp and ZO app; basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ZO strategy to PMO markets to ensure client and visitor satisfaction.
• Plan and execute tenant events and activations; coordinate with property management on operations.
• Gather feedback and drive improvements in ZO programming and services.
• Create tenant communications, emails, newsletters, and app events related to ZO.
