Job summary

Tishman Speyer seeks an Event Coordinator to elevate the ZO program at 125HighStreet and OneFederalStreet in Boston, working with internal teams and partners to deliver hospitality-focused events for tenants and guests.

Onsite presence at both properties is required. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of hospitality/events experience are preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or event experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication point between ZO, Property Management, security and third-party operations.
• Execute events and activations to improve customer experience and engagement with ZO.
• Support bookings and operations for conference facilities at both properties.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and provide feedback to ensure cleanliness and design integrity.
• Assist with tours for new and prospective customers and VIPs.
• Report safety hazards and assist with project management tasks.
