Job summary

Tishman Speyer’s ZO Ambassador position at Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan focuses on elevating guest experiences and hospitality services for the ZO program. You will coordinate with property teams, manage events, and ensure accurate information and warm guest interactions.

Required are at least 1 year of hotel experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Base pay is $24.40/hr with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle cash and basic accounting principles.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as communication point between ZO, Property Management, security and third-party operations.
• Greet guests and provide information to ensure visitor satisfaction.
• Plan and execute events and activations to improve customer experience.
• Conduct property walkthroughs and provide feedback to maintain design and cleanliness.
• Support administration and project management tasks as needed.
