Job summary

CP Group is seeking a Tenant Experience Coordinator to be the primary contact for tenants and external vendors, driving amenities, events and community outreach. The role supports ESG health and wellness initiatives and builds tenant relationships across multiple buildings.

You will manage communications, organize events, and oversee newsletters and handbooks, while ensuring accurate tenant information and strong partner relations. An hospitality mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a customer-facing role in real estate or hospitality.
• Experience in commercial property environments and high-touch service.
• Strong writing and grammar; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Property Management and tenants.
• Lead communication with tenants, vendors and community reps.
• Distribute Welcome Packages and tenant handbook per process.
• Plan and track tenant events with budgets and outcomes.
• Maintain monthly newsletter and update website/documents.
