Job summary

JLL is seeking a Tenant Service Representative in Charleston, SC to be the friendly front desk contact for tenants, clients, and visitors. In this entry-level role, you will handle inquiries, coordinate maintenance work orders, and support building events and communications to enhance the tenant experience.

You will work with property management and engineering teams, ensuring timely service delivery and exceptional customer service while maintaining data records and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments.
• 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs.
• Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery and tenant satisfaction.
• Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives that enhance the tenant experience.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases.
• All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations.
