Job summary

Alexandria is seeking a Tenant Experience & Center Concierge in the San Diego area to greet guests, manage checks-in, and coordinate daily operations across Asset Services and Lilly Gateway teams.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining brand standards and safety procedures. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency with MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life science interest a plus.
• 1+ year in hospitality, customer service, property management, or front-of-house role.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with work order systems (Angus Anywhere), access control tools, or AP platforms (Yardi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front desk representative, greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate check-in, access control, and visitor management with Security.
• Maintain lobby and common areas to brand standards, ensuring presentation-ready spaces.
• Provide white-glove tenant support and respond to requests promptly.
• Administer tenant surveys and track KPIs; support vendor and inspection coordination.
