Job summary

Becker Wright Consultants in Jericho, NY seeks a Tenant Coordinator to manage construction TI/TA processes from lease execution to space delivery. You will coordinate with clients, property managers, and tenants to ensure timely approvals and payments.

Responsibilities include tracking deals, collecting documents, reviewing drawings, and coordinating utilities and permits for multiple tenants. Strong organizational skills and experience with documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with document review including insurance certificates, indemnity and lien releases.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Track all deals for lease execution
• Send Welcome Packages to new tenants (Property Manager)
• Obtain tenant contact information and populate in Salesforce
• Set up CTI budget for all deal related costs
• Collect and validate all required documentation from tenant
• Process TIA payments
• Collect sign renderings and forward to PM or CM for approval
• Coordinate the transfer of utility accounts for tenants moving in/moving out
• Track the permitting and bidding process by each tenant
• Monitor milestone dates to ensure timely completion of work
• Review and approve tenant construction drawings
• Oversight of small tenant interior / exterior projects
