Centennial is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to support the VP Tenant Coordination in managing construction and build-out of tenant spaces in Los Angeles. You will track information from LOI through tenant allowance, coordinate with Leasing and Tenant during negotiations, review drawings, select contractors, and oversee shop drawings and approvals.

• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with problem solving.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Manage time effectively in order to accomplish goals.
• Exhibit high motivation and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsabilidades

• Track all tenant information from initial letter of intent through payment of tenant allowance after tenant opens.
• Work with Leasing Department and Tenant during Lease negotiation.
• Review tenant drawings, material submittals, and submit comments to architects, general contractors, and tenants; secure approvals as required.
• Select contractors – bid and negotiate work.
• Expedite the review and approve tenant submittals (shop drawings, signage, storefront).
• Issue timely correspondence to tenant in accordance with lease requirements.
• Advise and consult with leasing on the lease exhibits.
• Coordinate landlord drawings, MEPs, etc. for distribution to Tenant to identify work required by Landlord and Tenant.
• Oversee Tenant construction build-out.
• Ensure all work is on time and on budget.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure vendors adhere to.
