Qualifications

• Track tenant information from LOI through tenant allowance.
• Review leases and coordinate with leasing on terms.
• Review drawings and submit comments to architects and GC
• Select contractors and bid/ negotiate work
• Expedite review and approve tenant submittals
• Issue timely correspondence per lease requirements
• Coordinate landlord drawings and MEPs for landlord/tenant
• Oversee tenant build-out to time and budget
• Manage budgets and vendor expenses

Responsibilities
