Job description

Overview

We are hiring a Tenant Coordinator to support our commercial real estate clients and construction teams in the Atlanta area. This position serves as the primary point of contact responsible for managing the Tenant Delivery process, communications between tenants, landlords, and consultants, adhering to lease requirements, administering tenant design reviews, and facilitating tenant's design and construction timelines to meet rent commencement dates. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and experienced with tenant improvement design, project tracking and construction processes to deliver best in class destinations for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between landlord, brokers, tenants, property managers, and internal teams.
• Manage and track tenant improvement milestones to meet rent commencement deadlines.
• Review and interpret lease agreements, LODs, and construction drawings.
• Document and report on progress using project management tools.
• Support the production of Tenant Criteria Manuals and design review comments.
• Assist with deal estimating, construction budgeting, and timeline management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tenant coordination, construction, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, real estate, or construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SaaS based task management software
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Knowledge of MEP systems and commercial construction practices
