Fourth Floor, a luxury brand, seeks a Wholesale Analyst to support their NYC team. This temporary, full-time role focuses on wholesale operations, sales tracking, and inventory management to ensure accuracy across accounts.

Responsibilities include monitoring activations, resolving warranty discrepancies, updating PBI inventories, and coordinating pricing, gifting, and events. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years wholesale experience and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate weekly sales activations for accuracy.
• Resolve Digital Warranty discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate weekly/monthly PBI inventory.
• Correct inventory discrepancies with tools across the network.
• Update weekly sales tracking by location.
• Support replenishment and allocations to avoid stockouts.
• Provide BP delivery reports and visibility to clients.
• Coordinate pricing changes and check discrepancies.
• Manage gifting initiatives orders and deliveries to BP.
• Track sales incentives vs budget end-to-end.
• Support partner events, activations, and merchandising.
• Monitor logistics for events and ROI.

Job description

Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a Wholesale Analyst to support their team in NYC. This role is temporary with full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and validate sales activations weekly to ensure sales accuracy
• Resolve Digital Warranty discrepancies are resolved
• Ensure PBI inventory is updated and accurate weekly and monthly
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring Digital Warranty information is updated with BP tools are functioning across the network
• Update weekly sales tracking and on order/on hand, sell in and sellout by location for team review
• Support order replenishment needs & changes, based on Customer Service daily allocation, tracking deliveries, allocations, and stock flow to ensure items don’t get overlooked, moving stock allocation between accounts
• Send BP visual in delivery report weekly, ensure account has visibility and information on incoming product to clientele
• Support communication of price changes for HEW monthly, cross check pricing for pricing discrepancies
• Send as needed gifting initiatives order, tracking, delivery to BP
• Sales Incentive Tracking actuals vs Budget
• Track and manage submissions, communications of incentive programs end-to-end, to optimize the program (tracking, communication, payments; follow-up and reminders)
• Assist with partner event, coordinating invites, activation, product movement working with partner, events, merchandising and VM
• Monitor product/event logistics and tracking for events and sales ROI

Qualifications:
