Bellwether Staffing in New York City (Midtown) is seeking a Wholesale Fashion Sales Assistant to support senior sales leadership and luxury retail partners in a fully in-office role. The position offers a base salary of 70K–75K plus benefits and requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include account management, order processing, showroom organization, and market prep, with heavy emphasis on Excel-based reporting and data tracking.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1+ year wholesale fashion, apparel, merchandising, sales support, or related industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with EDI systems and/or BlueCherry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.

We are currently recruiting for a Wholesale Fashion Sales Assistant in NYC (midtown). This role is in office 5 days supporting a leading multi-brand fashion company in Men’s apparel brands. The Sales Assistant will work closely with senior sales leadership and key luxury retail partners, including Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus, helping drive successful seasonal business and day-to-day account operations and administrative support. 70K – 75K Base + Benefits Package
