Job summary

HRforGrowth is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate. The role sits on the warehouse floor, handling order picking and packing, sending and receiving shipments, and keeping the facility clean and safe.

The position requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work overtime. A high school diploma/GED is preferred; basic math and computer skills are expected; valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used.
• Warehouse/distribution experience is preferred; start-up experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app for picking/packing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products.
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments.
• Quality control inspection of products.
• Other duties as assigned.
