Job summary

HRforGrowth is conducting the search for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate on behalf of a client. The role is on the warehouse floor, handling order picking and packing, shipping, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate can stand for long periods, work in environments that alternate between warm and cold seasons, and has basic math and computer skills. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, proactive, and approachable
• Able to learn new software and provide feedback on tools used
• Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• Overtime will be required based on business needs
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packing

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments
• Quality control inspection of products
• Other duties as assigned
