HRforGrowth is seeking a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to join the warehouse team. The role involves on-floor order processing, picking and packing, and ensuring safe, accurate deliveries across multiple clients.

The candidate should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to varying temperatures. Warehouse software familiarity and a commitment to safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment; able to stand long periods.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, proactive.
• Ability to learn new software and provide feedback on tools used.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products
• Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment
• Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments
• Quality control inspection of products
• Other duties as assigned
