HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate for a long-term temporary role in a high-volume distribution center. The position involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while meeting productivity and attendance expectations.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with WMS or handheld scanners. This role requires 30–50 lb lifting, standing, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English for safety and training.
• Stable work history (no more than two jobs in the past 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately using pick lists.
• Scan inventory and perform receiving and put-away functions.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Rotate between warehouse positions based on workload.
• Meet hourly and daily production quotas.
• Follow warehouse safety policies and procedures.
